Photoshop Healing brush help needed

I am trying to clean up some skin and remove wrinkles.

when using the clone brush, the sample stays exactly where you sample, regardless of how big an area you paint over with it, but when using the healing brush, it tracks movement along the path that your brush travels.

Is there a way to make the sample spot stay in one spot while you paint the effected area with the brush?
