PS CS5 workspace issue - 12-02-2011, 10:52 AM

I had to reset my PS CS5 and now I can't get to the workspace I liked.

I hate the transparency of the workspace so I just want to use PS over the entire screen with a gray background. However whenever I toggle between the screen modes and get to the fullscreen mode by pressing "F" I loose the status bar on the bottom (information about files size etc) and the bar with the tabs on top of the image that let's me know which files are currently open.

It's driving me crazy. Any tips how to maximize the PS window with gray background and still keep the two bars mentioned above?

Thanks for that Andre. I just loaded cs5 on my new mbp yesterday and thought something was wrong with it. I didn't know it was a transparent screen.
