Thanks for the video. It helps me see that that the techniques I've been using are "fair game". There is almost no reason to use Photoshop anymore if your photo has all the elements you want. This also shows why Lightroom costs so much more than Aperture. Photoshop, however, is still essential for more dramatic photo corrections.

During my post-processing, I have found that these techniques are most frequently used for landscape or wide shots. In portrait photography, the adjustment brush tool is most useful for selective adjustments.
