Recieving error in Photoshop CS5

When I start CS5 64 bit under Windows 7 Ultimate I am receiving the following error: The procedure entry point ONPreviewLayerRelease could not located in the dynamic link library ONImaging.dll. This error seems to prevent my being able to use Perfect Resize 7.02 64bit program. No problem with the 43 bit version of either program. Wondering if anyone else has recieved this error and if so what was done to resole it. Thanks.

I would uninstall Perfect Resize program and install again or download OnImaging.dll and just load the .dll file.

place the files I sent into c:/program files/onone/perfect resize

not into c:/program files (x86)

Yes, that is where I installed them bu still receiving error. Oh well, had just updated all my graphics software and everything went well until this. One thing that occurred to me.. This is a new rebuild of my PC. Only had 3GB of memory available until Weds. always before had 4GB . This the main difference between this pc and my old quad core. Could this possibly be what is causing this? PF 7.02 works great in 32bit mode.
