having trouble unzipping the infuhrad zip file--it says it's empty so it cannot be uncompressed

Okay, I can't figure out how to apply the vintage photo background to an image...can anyone help me? I"m sure its something obvious, but I'm missing it! *blushes*

will all these listed work with any PS ( ie. elements 4.0) or only the CS variety?
I've spent too much this year to afford the CS2.

I have definately become a huge fan of Noise Ninja. Its uses for noise reduction are great but as has been shown it is great for a quick smooth skin texturing! I dont know how I lived without it.
