You have to use Adobe's update, since they do not have the file on adobes website yet. Also they released a
Multiprocessor Support for Adobe Photoshop CS2 for Windows

Updated, and now it opens, opens photo files, and moves and exits way faster on my 3GHz HT single cpu Intel box.

Running IE7 here, BUT if you have WINDOWS UPDATEd within the last 2 weeks, PLEASE PLEASE run "SFC /SCANNOW" to get the Windows File Protection to replace missing dll files. Both the last 2 weeks, I have, and it asked for the xp cd both times, ran better after.
