EZ Mask - Photoshop Plug-In - 10-10-2006, 04:14 PM

Has anyone played with this tool?

If you are unfamiliar with it, it seems to automate mask creation...from a 30minute process down to about 5 minutes.

I downloaded a demo copy, and in about 3 minutes, I had a person (with large, poofy hair) moved over to another background. It wasn't perfect, but seems like it could be promising. Anyone spent much time on it yet?

EZMask is my new favorite! And I've got pretty much all of them. See my examples using it here.

Brad, you look pretty intense in your photo but I will take a chance and say, KnockOut is my least favorite. Seems you need to draw two selections before KnockOut knowns what to do. With EZMask, you draw quick lines.

KnockOut you draw only the interior (or exterior) line.. then check where it decides where to put the other line... works pretty well.
