Creating Actions w/ a "pause" option

I'm trying to create a new action, but it calls for the option to stop "playing" and pop up the option for me to enter the # of pixels I need for that particular photo. I can't figure out how to do it. I'm using CS.

Create the action, then when you done go back and add a checkmark in the dialog box next to the portion of the action that you want to be user input values.

When an action runs there can be two options for each line (see attached)...

The first is the checkmark: It determines if that line is run within the action or, if unchecked, that line will be skipped completely and the action will move on to the next line.

The second is the dialog toggle: It determines whether the action will stop and display any associated dialog box (for user input) for that particular line before continuing.
