It doesn't look very friendly. That stuff can easily be done in photoshop. There are also too many variables, the photos need to be at the same angle, of the same stuff. Just a cut and paste program. IMO.

Ive played around with it........ unless theyve made some improvements its a little difficult to use - but once you get it right, it really does have some amazing results. Yes, you can definitely do this with photoshop, but i think the MSGS is somewhat quicker.

Its a neat program - especially for free.

well.......its doesnt necessarily work like that.

Imagine the family reunion and everyone is all standing together getting their picture taken....

Lets say 3 to 5 shots are taken. You can naturally assume that SOMEONE in EACH of the 3 to 5 photos will have their eyes closed or have a silly look on their face....

This happens in each photo, so not a single photo has EVERYONE perfect.

The group shot application allows you to basically take all the "perfect" poses and get them in one final 'perfect' shot.

Im not a code-head but im assuming there are algorithms and such (much like panorama software i would guess) that calculates SURROUNDING pixels, color, etc..... so that it knows how to realign itself.

It really is VERY cool software, but it can be buggy.

Could come in handy for the formal wedding shots....
