I was at their site not 30 minutes ago looking at the fees to purchase the plug-in and distinctly recall reading that the key is good for the plug-in and the stand alone so it is like getting the stand along program for free.

I would hope that the stand alone version is the "full version"

Here is the info as stated on their site:

"PLUG-IN KEYCODES: The Home Bundle and Pro Bundle keycodes cover both the plug-in and standalone versions of Noise Ninja. Currently we do not offer a separate plug-in license. In effect, we are including the standlone license for free when you purchase a license for the plug-in.

Okay, I read a little further and noted that you are right. You can get the stand alone key-code by itself without the plug-in functionality. (but why would you?)
