I like photoshop TV but those two guys are like nails on chalkboard to me. Radiant Vista has some great podcast tutorials but hasn't been updated in a few months so hopefully they add more soon

I think they are in the middle of trying to launch version 3.0 of their site, along with touring/ doing workshops, so that's pushing things back a bit.

cool deal...

these threads are automatically created based on their RSS feed... I noticed Radiant Vista has a feed as well so I can get that one set up as well.

do you guys have any other sites and such that offer video tutorials/podcasts etc?

if so i can throw them in the queue to create threads driven by their feeds..

thanks

Is there a way to keep these autofeeds out of the 'new posts' listings ?

I think it is fair enough if you want to auto-post RSS feeds, but I'd rather not see them as if they were actual people posting actual content.

I'd wondered why you'd been posting these links a few times already.

as of now... i dont think so...

the PSTV feed updates once a week... last week we had 2 posted in one day since i just setup their feed and it updated the forum with their past 2 weeks of videos.

you should only see the thread in the new post section on mondays... and then if anybody decides to respond and discuss it like Mark did here then it will be bumped up on the New Posts listing.

We may try to see if we can add a prefix to the thread title and a unique username to help people determine which threads are feed generated etc.

The podcasts that I regularly listen to & think are well worth the time

The Candid Frame http://www.thecandidframe.com
Lenswork http://www.lenswork.com
Camera Position http://www.cameraposition.com
LightSource http://www.studiolighting.net

None are videocasts though, all just audio.
