This is just the announcement, right? Or will it be available to buy?

[edit]
Amazon.com says April 20th.

Upgrade cost from CS2 is $199 according to the same source.

Extended isn't an option for me. No need for the video and other extras it provides.

Interesting, Academic Superstore has CS3 up and says they will start shipping mid-April but no upgrade package listed.

PopPhoto is saying the upgrade will be 199 street price.

PhotoShop Blog has in the past reported Adobe will change their upgrade policy with CS3 and only only version 7, CS and CS2 can upgrade.

Well, this means it's about time for me to upgrade from Elements. To, say, PS 7 or something.

I have it at work and I used to have a trial version. The trial expired and I don't shoot for myself much anymore, so my modded version of Elements 4 works pretty well, actually.
