Canvas Vendor - 04-30-2007, 04:14 PM

Well I'm in need of a top notch gallery wrap printer. I've done about $900 wholesale this month and it just does not seem I can work with my current vendor.

I'd be curious who you guys are using, I'm not looking for the "bargain" guys but those who would be considered the best in the business.

Thanks!

Have you used Millers?

MPIX does not offer a wide enough variety, I'd assume Millers would be the same since they are the same outfit?

I've always heard good things about Simply Canvas - is there a reason behind why you can't work with them anymore?

Have you looked at White House?

I just got two 16x20 Canvases(?) in today.
One from MckennaPro and the other from a place called Allied. I thought they both looked really nice, MckennaPro's felt a little stronger and better built.

But then again I have not seen Simply Canvas so I can't say if these are better or worse.

I'd rather not make it an attack on Simply Canvas, the prints that came out the way they were suppose to were very nice and very good quality. I'm still trying to resolve part of the ones that did not come out correctly. They have given me options I'm just not sure if my client is willing to take those steps.

I just can't continue to do business with them as my level of customer service must be higher then they are capable of providing. I'm pretty sure my instances are not normal but either way I think it is time for me to move on and work with a vendor who delivers the same level of customer satisfaction I provide.

Millers also offers thicker stretchers than MPIX for the wraps...

Thanks,

The one thing I do like about Simply Canvas is the options on sizes. I will look over Millers to see if they offer the same flexibility.

Thanks,

A little disappointing that 30x40 is the largest size.
