13x19 Premium Glossy Photo Paper in Ft. Worth/Arlington? - 05-07-2007, 11:21 AM

I normally do bulk paper buys from inkjet arts in Utah but I'm printing for a show in June and running low on Epson Premium Glossy Photo Paper 13x19. InkJet Arts is out.

Staples can't order it for me. I have to be in Ft. Worth/Arlington on Saturday and can go buy some where and get it but Arlington Camera doesn't show to carry it. Any ideas about where I can find this paper on a Saturday in Ft. Worth?

Can't help you with local stores, but here are some other online vendors I've used in the past:

I bought mine at Fry's in Arlington.

Don't know if they still stock it, but they have in the past.

Thanks, they don't show it on-line but have it and have set some aside for me. I've got to bring them some Dublin Dr Pepper...

I'm going to a day long Control Data Corporation Reunion in Arlington, and they are on my way there.

You might try Red River Paper as a substitute. It's local (between Mockingbird and Empire Central off 183 in Dallas). They carry a great line of papers (all archival), from glossy to artist canvas to matte. They even have printer profiles for different printer/paper combinations. It's worth checking out - I've used them for years...

B&H has several epson papers available and instock.

You could probably even have it overnighted and Saturday delivery if needed, and you get the order placed in the next hour or so.

Sorry about that -- I didn't even look at the date on the original post.

On an almost unrelated note to the paper, I don't guess that there is any chance that the bank will have the lobby open on a Saturday while your exhibit is running will they?

Hard for me to make it to Dublin during the week, but a weekend trip that direction would be a fun excuse to burn fossil fuels.

John,

Armadillo Photo, DILLOSTORE one of the forum sponsers carries EVERYTHING Epson and has discounts for TPF Members. The Code for Epson products for TPF Members is: TXPFEPSON and I think gets you 25% off. It is 41.03 for a box of 20 Sheets 13x19"" Premium Glossy that you are looking for and if you order during the week, you usually get it within 1 or 2 days. If you order more than $250.00 in a single order, they will ship it FREE in Texas. I order all my supplies from Jeff and he takes care of business!

Far as I know and I discussed this with the Bank's PR person. They will not even have the lobby open on June 9th Dr Pepper day, the biggest day of the year in Dublin for visitors.

You might want to still check out Dr Pepper Day. A good excuse to burn fossil fuels and have loads of free Dr Pepper and people for photos.

That's cool, I'll have to keep it in mind for future purchase. Just for grins I put an Epson 3800 in my basket and tried to apply the coupon code, but no dice; I guess it only applies to consumables.

You and Me both! LOL However, Jeff will discount them for TPF members, just call him. (800-762-8088 Ext. 11) He will try and beat most prices on his products, that are legit. Jeff is a huge supporter of the forum and has helped sponser a couple of workshops in Houston and more to come in the future.
