My husband uses Exposure Manager so I asked him how he did it. Here's his answer... CS3 Process workflow for Exposure Manager. This may not be the best or most efficient workflow but it works ok for me.
Convert
Batch convert raw to tiff after adjusting exposure, white balance, etc., and cropping if needed.
Process
1. If further cropping is needed then use the Rectangular Marquee tool with Feather: 0px, Style: Fixed Ratio and Width and Height set to 3x2, and select Image, Crop.
2. Process the tiffs as needed for sharpness, color, contrast, etc., and save.
Batch Convert to Jpeg using Bridge, Tools, Photoshop, Image Processor:
1.For presentation on Exposure Manager set Image Processor as follows...
Check "Save as JPEG"
Quality: 5
Check "Resize to Fit"
W: 500px
H: 500px
2.For Uploading to fulfill an order set Image Processor as follows...
Check "Save as JPEG"
Quality: 12
Uncheck "Resize to Fit"
Note: If the file size of any jpeg is 5Mb or more then reprocess at quality 11 to bring the file size down below 5Mb.
More on cropping:
If you have several different aspect ratios available for a photo purchase, such as 4x6, 5x7, 8x10, etc., then when an order comes in, go back to the tiff and use the Rectangular Marquee tool set at the appropriate aspect ratio to crop the photo.
Hope this helps...

Patti
