Sloppy Border Question

I really like the sloppy border look. It looks great on some black and white conversions, but how do you get that look to translate to the actual print?

I have never tried to print one of those images, but in my mind at least, I cannot figure out how it would work.

When you go to print something like that, is there a trick to how you would order your print to make that look nice in hard copy?

I am pretty sure this question is confusing, but I am not sure how to ask it.

I suppose the first question is really: Have you printed photos with the sloppy border?

I like the look when I see it in an album, but I have never seen an actual single print done that way.

I print photos with sloppy borders all the time.. Works just fine. I'm a little confused about your question..

I figurd it would seem confusing. I guess I could put it like this...

I do sloppy borders for web presentation quite often because I think it really adds a subtle touch to the presentation. However, I wasn't sure how those would work out if they were actually printed from say Millers Lab or something like that.

The one Alex emailed me looks pretty cool. I think I might just print some and see.
