Burning full size jpegs to CD in Lightroom

I'm sure some of you out there already knew you could do this, but since I didn't; I'd like to share with the rest of you that did not know where the feature is at.

After selecting the images you want to burn (I used the filmstrip on the bottom to do that), go to file, export with preset, burn full-sized jpeg and wait. When it is done processing your images to jpeg, it will present a small window asking what speed to burn at. Even told me I wasn't using the CD to full capacity...
