Hmm...do explain! Please! I have never really messed with LAB??

Looks great! Only thing I can think of, is maybe crop up the bottom, and the back a tiny bit. Maybe.

Well if you convert from RBG to LAB when you do curves or levels it gives you a lightness channel. Allowing you that much more tunning, I'm not a scientist I just play around and stuff happens.

Very nice. I have long done my B & W convertions via LAB as it gives you more control and some of the cleanest B & W once printed.
