I can't open RAW - 07-29-2007, 08:29 PM

I have a Canon D60... I have always shot one of the two "large" settings I have... I finally shot RAW and now I cannot open it in adobe photoshop... It says it's not a valid photoshop document... If I try and open it as a JPEG it says "couldnt not... because unknown or invalid JPEG maker type is found" HELLLLP!!!!!

You'll need to download Adobe Camera Raw in order for Photoshop to recognize your files. Depending on your version of Photoshop you should be able to download it directly from Adobe.

Also, Picasa reads CR2 files as well as DPP which comes with Canon cameras, not sure about the D60 though.

Adobe states that this version is for Photoshop CS3 but i'm not entirely sure.

The Basics: Canon 40D | Tamron 17-50mm | Foot zoom..

Strobist:
Sigma 500DG Super | Sunpak 5000AF | Umbrellas, lightstands, and tripods etc..
