saving zoomed images

how do you keep a zoomed image?...in other words how can you save and print a zoomed image?...

I am not sure what a zoomed image is exactly.
Perhaps you mean a "cropped" image? One that is only part of the whole ?complete image ?
If that is what you ask, we'll need to know what sort of post processing program you are using.

i figured i wasn't making the problem clear...let me try again...i tend to be too far away from the subject....when i put the image on the monitor and zoom in i see exactly what i was trying to get in the first place....but i don't know how to save that image...i use pse5 and digital image...or should i say i try to use them?....
