Purple ring on photo--what is it?

I took a portrait of my daughter and noticed a purple outline/ring when I had it printed. I went back and noticed it's on the original image as well. I'm thinking that it might have something to do with the white dress, but am not sure. Anyone have any ideas what it is? It's visible on the original RAW file. I've attached a couple of images so hopefully you can see it. On the final print, it looks like someone outlined the bow and dress with a purple pen. Thanks.
