If you want to make a quick adjustment to, say, the exposure if a raw you're looking at with Bridge, you have to start up ACR; with Lightroom you don't.
If you want to find all images shot with your 85/1.2 at f/1.8, it's a max of five mouse clicks in Lightroom, and then pretty much instantaneous. You might be able to set up a search in Bridge to do it; if so it would take quite a while to search through all your images, and they would need to all be online and on the same hard disk.
