Help: Quick photo fix

With so many talented people I need to ask a favor. My notebook crashed taking out my Photoshop (good thing I backup my photos)... Until then, I would like to see if someone can touch up this picture by removing the cigarette butt and the red cup in the lower left. If possible she asked if it could be also trasformed in B/W with a color highlighted feature. Maybe her toes and top
(always thought she has cute toes)
