Good with PS Layer Masks? Want to make $750 plus?

Hi!

I'm looking for someone who wants to earn extra money on the weekends helping me mask football images for weekly posters I do for the local HS FB team. I've been working with a graphic artist for the last two years, and after several missed deadlines have finally decided that they are not dependable enough to continue a partnership with. I could do it myself, but the problem is with a 3 year old, my own business, and a wife that travels, it's hard for me to find the time to do these.

What I'm looking for is someone who can mask out action shots like the examples below (see the before and after). I'll send you several shots (on average about 12 or so), and you'll take the jpgs and paint a layer mask to the image. The masks need to have neat and clean images, since these will be blown up to poster size. (CS3 will make the process go quicker because it has the new Quick Selection Tool).

You'd then send me a PSD file with several layers in no particular arrangement; each one being a seperate masked image of the original. I'll then combine them to make a poster similar to the one seen below.

I would send you the jpgs on Saturday morning, and you'd send the PSD file to me (it will be huge, so we'll figure out a good way to do it other than email) by Monday night.

I have the files ready from last week's game, and could send them immediately. Files from the next game would come the following Saturday, and so on every week for 10 games--more if they advance to the playoffs.

I can pay $75 per week, possibly more if the work is great. The one stipulation is it needs to be ON TIME each week, since I have a commitment to the team to get these posters completed every week.

10 games X $75 = $750; more if they go to the playoffs.

dude, i really wish i could help you out, but i am not gonna have the time to do it..
regardless, could you put together a small tutorial? i'd love to know how you do layer masks..

I wish I could, but if I had the time to make a tutorial, I wouldn't need the help. Time is my most valuable resource right now.

I put an ad on Craigslist hoping for some responses. The primary goal is to find someone reliable, and I dunno if that's going to be the best source for that.

If someone know someone who is proficient at this, please pass them along.
