Hope this goes here (fading a background pic) - 09-20-2007, 08:15 PM

How do I get the background pic to be a lower opacity so that I can have words on top that don't get lost in the background?
I am sure it is something simple.
I tried duplicationg the background but that doesn't work. And since it is the background it is locked.
Help please :D
