Blending of pictures in photoshop

I am trying to do something for my parents 25th anniversary. I found a picture from their wedding. I then set them up looking into some water on the appropriate sides. I want to blend the old picture of them into the water so that it looks like they are looking at a reflection of themselves. Does anyone know how to do this? Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks for everyones help.

This is not hard to do depending on a few factors.

Is the picture digital or film?
If digital, what type of file? How big?
What is your intended print size?
Do you own and are you familiar with photoshop? What version if you own it?

I scanned the old file in to make it digital. I am familiar with photoshop. I know how to do your basic editing. I have CS3.
