So I'm gathering my thoughts for a major project. The project covers 10 years of baptisms, 28 different baptisms including 206 people. The plan is to take each baptism, put the group photo in the middle and cut out each individual being baptized and put it around the group photo. My problem is deciding which size to make the original background. I have 11 x 17 in mind, but if I get the photo done and decide I want it bigger or smaller can I lock everything in and do that without affecting the quality of the photo??

I would help, but I just don't have a clue. Someone here will, surely.

I would go bigger. It is easier to shrink and not loose quality, rather than the other way around.
