Lightroom Question

I"m trying to remember how to organize the develop presets in Lightroom. I remember somewhere an article saying how to set up folders for presets to organize like presets together (like black and white, color. cross process, etc.) then moving the presets to thos folders but I can't find anything now. Does anyone have this or know where I can find it?

Go to develop tab
Click the + to add a new preset
Under FOLDER select new folder
Type the name of the folder hit OK
Click cancel
Now you can drag and drop presets from one folder to another
