I don't know about Paintshop Pro (I've never used it) but you definitely can with Photoshop.

What tools do you use, maybe they are the same, if nobody else knows.

I use selector tool to make a copy of the eye, and paste it onto the image where I want the eyes, then resize it there.
After that I blend the them together to make it look seamless.

I've done it with PSP. I put 'em on a new layer over the target image and resize there, as Louis said, and blend to suit.

In PhotoShop you can also copy them to a layer and use free transform.

PSP has the worst help information. So far, all I can see to do is resize the whole image so the person is about the same size as the closed eyes image and then clone the eyes.

The Liquify tool works much better than copy and paste..it takes about 2 seconds.

As far as I can tell PSP has no liquify. I would post the image but the lady is a older lady who is very self conscious and would die if I did. I managed to clone and paste eyes from a different image and it came out ok. Just mainly practicing. I thought I could just read help and watch the little tutorial that came with the program. I guess I need to take a class or should I have bought photoshop?

Er, by chance, are you trying to do both eyes together? Just checking. I always do mine separately, but never found it particularly difficult with PSP X. You'd think XI would be easier.

I did them seperately. I haven't even tried working with layers. I have no experience beyond cloning and skin touch up.
