It can certainly increase saturation if you use the standard approaches to bring the exposure up.
A good example of that is if you apply a corrective curve to brighten a scene - the default 'normal' mode of application will also increase saturation along with luminance. You need to apply the curve in 'luminance' mode to not change the saturation. |
