Batch Downsize in Bridge - 10-30-2007, 11:30 PM

I'm trying to down size several photos inorder to upload them on a website faster. Is it possible to down size them all at a time in Bridge? If so, How?

Thanks for the help,
~Oddie

Do you have CS3? Only asking cause I know in it you can go into Bridge, select them all, go to "Tools->Photoshop->Image Processor" then choose to "save as JPEG" and select a high quality - 12 and don't check the resize button.

This will batch all of the images from RAW to the largest size/quality jpeg. He can then edit them as he wishes.

If he doesn't want to do any further editing - you can reduce the size by clicking the reduce size button and inputting the max dimensions you want on either side in the boxes..

hope this helps.
That was for RAW to jpg. Your difference is that you will probably want to pick a lower quality conversion for the web.. like a "medium"-ish number (5-7)

Yeah, do the "Tools->Photoshop->Image Processor" and you can actually set the pixel hight and width there too.
Like 800px on the long end and level 9 jpg.
Pretty quick and easy.
