How do I apply a photoshop action to several photos at once?

for PS actions, I use Bridge.
Select the photos that I wanted to apply the actions to, then choose Tools > Photoshop > Batch and select the actions you wanted to use.

if you aren't using bridge - run the action 1 time, go to file - automate - batch - then choose your action - it gives you options like - open file, folder...ect
