Lipstick please... - 11-04-2007, 11:46 AM

I've spent about an hour and still can't get it right. Could a pro please apply lipstick to the beautiful lady on the left? She says as long as it's not "sparkely", then she'll be happy.

Thanks,
Roy

does she want lipstick or are you just trying to balance it out?

She wants lipstick primarily...she didn't think I was going to snap any at the park. It does need some balancing, so you are welcome to pretty much do what every you feel is needed.

Thanks,
Roy

My quick play at it. I used a soft brush at about 60% opacity and selected the color from the other womans lips (since I couldn't get a color right on my own). I didn't make it heavy or dark since she isn't wearing any other makeup. Lastly I smudged the lips a lil to even out some brush strokes i could still see.

It's not perfect...

Mel,

That's great, thanks! Maybe Joe will still take a pass too. Could you ftp the file to motleypixel.com user name: reviews@motleypixel.com password: pixel or host the original here so I can download it?

That's great Dora...tad darker on the lipstick is nice. Mel, that should be easy right? You know the more I look at this shot the more the sun on Mom's forehead is distracting. I had them in shade and used fill flash. I need to get better at this.

My take, the bright spot on the forehead is a little distracting to me, but other than that, I like the pic.
