Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0 Anyone? - 11-04-2007, 10:25 PM


Greetings, all. Question, if anyone else is familiar with this program, can anyone recommend the best output settings for HDV and/or DV, and keeping the file under 100MB (for use with myspace/youtube) because every render I do looks like crap ;( WMV? AVI? Help... ! :)

kinda of a trick question.

If you are rendering full DV then the file will be about 6 gig for 1 hr in AVI and WMV. The windows compression ain't much better than the uncompressed AVI.

You need to make it for like a 256k Download. Quality is good enough for web. I used to email spots we produced for HONDA like this.

I haven't used APP for about a year now, but if memory serves that should do the trick. Also you may want to use the generic codec.
