What's in your Exif/IPTC data?

What I'm looking for is the business or amateur reasoning on just how much information to put in the exif data, and what kind of verbage is standard.

Is it covered in a Digital Asset Management book or does it vary by job, contract, agency, etc.?

Thoughts on this subject?

At least, name, email, copyright statement, phone number, address. I just batch that to everything as soon it's on my hard drive using Bridge.

For anything I maybe summiting I'm trying to follow the AP standards for caption and NAA/IPTC feilds. Those can be found in the AP Manual of Style.
