Accents in PS fonts??? - 11-13-2007, 06:36 PM

I am working on an Xmas card for a client. I am using Bliss font for their names. Two of the names have accents in them and I have no idea how to use them. Any one know where to find accents? Erin

If you are in Windows, then load Character Map, select the font, and then select the accented character and paste it in to PS. The fastest way to load it, is to Click Start then Run and type Charmap and press enter. Naturally the font must have the accent characters.
cheers,
Roger

If you're on a PC, you can go here, find the character you want, note the ASCII code (far left column) and while typing enter that code using the numeric keypad AND holding down the Alt key.

You might double check the font itself, because the creator of the font may not have added special characters.
