thanks, this is a good article. It's not part of my work flow, but defiantly needs to be.

Good article! Thanks.

I've always put the basic info in the metadata - copyright symbol, name, year and I put my full name, city and town. But I've seen photos by pros that have their address, phone number, e-mail address, etc.

The article says several times that the info seldom changes. Well, my e-mail address just changed and all of my info - street address, phone number, etc. will be changing in the near future.

So, does anyone know of an easy way to change all that metadata when things do change? The article didn't address this problem.

Patti

I use Adobe Bridge to add my Metadata stuff. You can create a template with the new info and then go to Tools>Append Metadata

I just add the metadata using Downloader Pro, but I have CS3, so I'll give that a try.

Thanks Much Mike!
