If you haven't got any other software that has a red eye reduction tool, like Lightwave, you can just edit it out normally.

Just use a circular marquee tool, throw up a circle around only the pupil, and desaturate or play with color sliders to remove the red.

Select it. Fill it with the color of your choice. Leave a catchlight when you're done.

Not without seeing how bad the red eye is.

Don't forget you can zoom in and change color pixel by pixel if necessary.

If the angle is just right, you can always catch a reflection off the back of the eye. I've seen this with my dogs in ordinary lighting, and its very common to see odd lights reflecting from cat's eyes, if you are looking for it. So your camera caught it just right.

One trick I've used, if the problem is only in one eye, is to copy the other pupil and paste it into where the red-eye appears.

It's fairly easy to just paint the pupil black with a small diameter brush. You can put a highlight in the eye by doing the same thing using white. It takes a little practice to get it to look just right, but the effort is worth it.

Thanks Duffy and Ray.
Yes it is only in one eye.
I may try copying from the other eye but the angle she is at it may not work.
Man 2 year olds are harder than I remember lol
