Saving pictures with all the Pop - 12-11-2007, 08:01 PM

When I process an imagine in CS2 and save as a jpeg and look at on my monitor. The colors don't pop like the the ones in PS.
Is there some way to change this or is windows Xp doing something I don't know about? Or am I doing something totally wrong?

Tons of threads on this effect. Do you save the jpegs for web display/srgb? Do you work with them in adobe rgb? Different color gamuts. PC monitors display in srgb, the lesser gamut. That may explain the lack of pop.
