Help with an ad????

Hey guys, I'm doing an ad for a local magazine and need some help saving it in the right format. It needs to be in CYMK, 300dpi and the file needs to be 873dpi x 1305 dpi with a 1cm gutter around the whole thing. I have the ad at 300dpi and the file at 873dpi x1305dpi, but I need someone to put the 1cm gutter and to save it in CYMK????? And being as I don't use photoshop, I can't do that, can anyone help me out???? I can email the full version to you and email it back to me??? Here is the ad.

I deal with ads everyday.

I've never heard of a measurement like 873 DPI and don't understand the 1cm gutter (the gutter is always the center of the ad where it would fold in a crease).

When they are asking for 1cm around the edge this would indicate trim marks or the bleed.

email me the instructions from the publisher as well as a media kit and the exact size your ad needs to be and I can prep it for you.
