Last Monday, I decided to buy the "Finding Colors" action set from TriCoast. I followed the order process through their websight "Finding Color." The problem is, I checked out, and paid for it, but have not received any confirmation from TriCoast about the transaction, and have not received the action set. I paid through "PayPal", and received the receipt from them, and my credit card was billed for the $100 cost, but no action set yet.
I have e-mailed TriCoast twice, and received no response from them. I don't know if I did something wrong with the checkout process or what. I really am anxious to try the action set, but haven't received anything, nor have I received any additional information from them. There is no phone number on the "Finding Color" website, so ..... any suggestions????
I don't want to go back in and order again, and get double billed for it. But I would like to get the product I paid for. Like I said, I may have done something wrong in the checkout process, and that was the first time I used PayPal.
I need some help PLEASE. Anyone who may have information, or be able to help, I would apprecialte your assistance.
