I have a question about importing photos in Bridge CS3 that someone out there might know the answer to....
I am running bridge on 32-bit vista with a Canon 20d. If I attach the camera to the computer and do File->Get photos from camera and then select the 20d, it only sees the JPG images on the camera, not raw images. If there are only raw images, it says "no valid files" or some such.
If I use the vista import function, I can read the raw images off of the card and once on they are on my hard drive, Bridge CS3 can see and manipulate them just fine. Also, if I remove the memory card from the camera and put it into a card reader and attach that to the computer, File->Get Photos From Camera sees the raw images and can import them.
So, the only problem is with importing raw photos direct from the camera.
Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks in advance... |
