DQ Quikeys: Likes & Dislikes?

Hello.

I've just learned of the DQ Quikeys. For those of you that have used this tool would you recommend it? What do you like about it? What do you dislike? Is it easy to use? How much post processing time would it save as to manually performing the same functions? Any overall tips/suggestions? Experiences with customer service valuable?

I got them in January - haven't had the time to set them up yet.

I talked at great length with Dave and Quinn and watched them work with it. I just need to make time for it. Dave's take on it is "you'll be calling me and threatening me with bodily harm the frist two weeks."

I saw Quinn zip through images like there was no tomorrow - the combination of this and an Intuos tablet made it possible.
