I agree with Laura. You just won't believe how much better it is to have a Mac. If you can't afford the MacBook Pro consider the MacBook for half the price and it will still be a great laptop. Not only will it be less trouble compared to a PC but it should hold its value better when it's time to upgrade.
Once you get a Mac you won't look back!

I have been using PC all my life and also had a Macbook. I don't see the advantage that Mac has over PC. The Macbook is expensive and IMO the build quality is low quality.
