Best place to find Textures? - 04-10-2008, 12:29 PM

Ok everyone, I have seen all these great new Texture photos here on the forum and I would love nothing more than to know where you guys are finding these textures?

If anyone can point me to some links it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Stephen Gibson

You can make a lot of your own. Search the web for creating digital texture.

Found this one on a quick search "DIY digital Textures"

In these instances I usually will post links, but if you do a google search for free photoshop textures, you will find dozens of sites.

Jake ain't lying. The best textures are all around you.

Uh Jake, I guess since I am not a premium member I can not view that Link you pasted in the thread, not sure if thats the reason or not, but I can not view that link.

Will try and find textures somewhere.

Thanks again,

Stephen Gibson

Side note:
Those textures are worth the price of the premium membership alone!

You can get textures from anywhere. Usually at weddings, I'll shoot the wall, brick floors, wooden benches, curtains, and even ugly shirts. You can probably start off at your own home with a close up shot of your couch.
