NEEDED: JPG to Movie software recommendation - 04-17-2008, 10:17 PM

Looking to take some JPG files and combine them into a simple movie (AVI/MOV/WMV/MPG, etc). Something pretty simple for Windows. If you have a favorite you like, please let me know.

And a big NO on Microsoft's Movie Maker. It crashes every time I try it (yes I have the latest version).

Thanks all!

Was looking for something a bit more simple. An image stacker that can export to an AVI for example...

I've had good results using Sony Vegas Video Studio. There's a 30 day trial available.

BIG 2nd on this one. It's a little clunky when you have a lot of photos, but the results are worth it. I've done several movies for friends and they LOVE em. You can even add an .mp3 sound track and adjust your timings to end with the songs.

if you have DVD burning software, you can convert the resultant WMV to a DVD for extra crowd pleasing points.
