Exceptional Customer Service!

A few weeks ago I purchased Nik Color Efex. I tried to install it and it wouldn't install. I contacted Nik and Sean spoke with me and we went through everything that could be wrong. Nothing worked. I put the software on my son's computer no problem. (We wanted to make sure that the download worked). Sean worked hard to figure out what was wrong. He had never encounted this problem before. We tried everything. Nothing worked. I spent about an hour on the phone with him trying to resolve the problem, plus a lot of emails back and forth. I ended up sending info about the computer and Sean said he would go to the developers and see what they thought. Well they figured out what was wrong and had to write a program just for me to do the install. Now my fantastic software works on my computer! They did not give up and kept working until the problem was solved. They kept in touch with me while they continued to work on the problem. And in the end, they got me up and running. It has been a long time since I saw such good customer service and just wanted to share.
