May just be my eyes in my old age but this photo looks just a weee bit out of focus.. And if you must use it I would crop the AC vent out. It is disctracting.

You may want to see what other think about your focusing here though.

Leave room at the top for the gallery wrap.

Are you sure this is the photo you want to put on Canvas. My concern is that it is not a very flattering pose of the Bride, she might not like how her arm looks. Or, is this the photo she picked out? Not sure!!! You might be able to use the Liquify(I think that is the one) to slim down the lines a bit.

Is this was the best image of the couple? or do you have more? can another one be the chosen one? this pose is not working for the couple, besides, the out of focus is going to be more noticeable when printed. When we press we sharp pretty hard but in this image sharpening it's only going to increase the noise, also it's going to create ghost lines so you are going to end up with not a good print after all. If you don't have an option then the image needs lots of work, try liquify filter for her arms and also blend channels for a more solid image then do the appropriate curves, masks and noise reduction. good luck!
