Very interesting new product from X-Rite for color managment for both monitor calibaration and printer profile generation. Using the same spectro and software for both monitor and printer profiling is nothing new, that's what the Eye One Photo package was desiged for. What's new about the ColorMunki is the price point and the fact that the software is meant to be very easy to use even for CM newbies. Early reports are that the software creates suprisingly good profiles given the small patch count.
