Missing Surface Blur?

Hello, this is my first post but I've been on this site for a bit, reading and trying out all the great information this community has to offer! Maybe I'll have something to give back once I get some experience.

In the mean time, I've searched online and on a few other boards, and I can't seem to find how to install the basic filters? For some reason I'm missing the Surface Blur filter.
How do I go about reinstalling the basic filters in CS2? I couldn't find them online.

I'm not sure if there is any way to just install the surface blur. I think you might have to reinstall the entire CS2 if you are missing some of the filters. Perhaps others with more experience can help. By the way - welcome aboard, this is a great forum.
